Membership Management/Renewal
Individual
- 1 year individual plan—$300
- 3 year individual plan—$800
- 5 year individual plan—$1330
Family
- 1 year family plan—$310
- 3 year family plan—$830
- 5 year family plan—$1380
The family plan allows access to the primary member, their spouse (or significant other) and any dependents living in their household.
Law Enforcement
- 1 year Law Enforcement Officer plan—$100 (to support individual local law enforcement officers)
- 1 year Law Enforcement Agency plan—$300 (include 4 membership cards, with an additional 4 cards available for $25/each, to a Law Enforcement Agency or qualifying Governmental Agency. These membership cards are to be used for Agency training activities at the range.)
Above rates effective 4/3/2026.
First time members are assessed a $75 Gate Maintenance Fee and includes your first Gate Card, which will serve as your proof of membership to the club.
This fee is only charged once during the life of the membership. The gate card will be mailed in 1-2 weeks.
Member Management System
The Parma Rod and Gun Club is using the Gymtiva (former MIS) site as our membership management program, as the database for the range’s members, and as the payment processing system for new memberships as well as renewals. Please consult the below options depending on your membership status and whether you have an existing MIS system account.
Existing Members with a MIS Account
Click the button below to access the Gymtiva system and login with your username/password to manage your membership.
Existing Members without a MIS Account
If you do not have an account in the Gymtiva system, send an email to webmaster@parmarng.org and let them know you need to setup an account in their system. An email will be sent to you from the Gymtiva system that will allow you to setup an account in their system. The system will recognize you as an existing member, so you will not be charged the new member gate card/initiation fee.
Once you have setup your account, you will be able to choose a membership plan. If you want to select a new membership plan, the instruction for this can be found below.
Membership Plan Change
When a member logs into the MIS system, it will automatically bring them to the last membership plan purchased.
To switch to a different membership plan, look for a box in the upper right hand corner of this page. The box is titled “+ Plans”. Click on the box and it will redirect you to a page that contains all of the membership plans offered by Parma Rod and Gun Club. Select the new plan you would like to apply to your membership.
Gate Card Replacement
Follow the Membership Plan Change instructions above. From all of the offered plans, select the “Gate Replacement Card” plan. This will allow you to purchase a replacement gate card.
After purchasing the card, send an email to webmaster@parmarng.org to notify them of the purchase. The MIS system does not provide notification of this purchase. Within a few days, you will received an email from the range Membership Director that will provide the new gate card number and instructions on how to access the range.
